How did Tyberg get 44% of the vote? Just amazing that such a poorly run campaign could get that many votes. Of course, turnout in a primary is very low. That might explain it.

OR, it could be that people who heard what he had to say, liked what he had to say.

Geez, you guys never quit the Tyberg bashing. Give it a fracking rest. The most disappointing thing to come out of this election is all the name calling and bashing that went on. And before you Reid supporters say anything, I did mention to Jeff how I didn't like his veiled stabs at Nick during debates and press releases.

I thought that we Republicans were the good guys. But after seeing all that has gone on here, I am not so sure anymore.

bill, it's just the nature of primaries. not too much damage was done as the candidates stayed civil. should be able to unite behind reid.

I thought the candidates were pretty civil compared to some church board meetings I have witnessed in the past....

Bill congrats on you and the Tyberg supporters on getting your votes. I have been critical of Jeff for how he ran his campaign, but as others have mentioned it takes courage to put your name on the ballot. Hopefully his supporters and Jeff will take they're talents out and help Nick to beat Obey.
My biggest problem with the primary was that I felt some people forgot about beating Obey and started focusing on beating Jeff or Nick. That should be over now, we're all on the same team, so let's move forward.
Beating Dave Obey, and giving the 7th a real representative is what this is all about.
