Obey Opposes Line Item Veto
Not that Dave Obey claims to be fiscally responsible, but he voted against the line item veto legislation today that was authored by Paul Ryan.
Oh, and he voted against ending the death tax for small businesses in Wisconsin.
Another day of stickin' it to his constituents.

It's ratings like his that we need new representation in Washington. He thinks earmark reform (he voted against it, not surprised) is "trivial pursuit". I don't consider reigning in my hard earned tax dollars on pork barrel projects trivial pursuit.
